Everything was as expected. The boat was ready for collection, which was simple. We received good instruction and tips from the team. Secure parking was available for the car. We departed very soon after we arrived.

Great trip with little of everything. River trip, locks, country canal, city canal, swing bridges, tunnels, plenty to see and do. Great round trip experience.

Everything from start to finish was handled smoothly and professionally. The boat was well equipped and very comfortable. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend ABC boat hire.

The boat handled very well and was a pleasure to steer but some of the facilities were lacking - and yes, I do know it's a narrow boat.

Fantastic. Very safe for first timers. We had the boat for almost two weeks. Would definately do it again. Boat was clean and available on time.

great holiday, very relaxing, first time for us but good detailed handover even though we were a little late and the staff had to stay over time to complete the handover, it was never rushed and he even came for a 15 min drive up the canal to ensure we knew how to control the boat.

It was excellent except for one thing: The WiFi was terrible. IMO there's no point advertising free WiFi unless it actually works. I appreciate it's because the signal may be bad in the countryside - but just be honest with customers that free WiFi probably means no WiFi.

We understand the WiFi coverage can be frustrating in some areas, especially the countryside where they may be little signal. On many of our routes the WiFi works very well and is a great addition to the holiday for those that want to use it. It's great to hear that you found the rest of the holiday excellent and we look forward to seeing you again!

Boat was perfect for two people; boat yard staff were very helpful. Also, the volunteers that help the Canal and River Trust were brilliant, especially when you're doing a long flight of locks. Not come across them before.
