Great reception from caring staff,not long to wait for the boat to be ready. Clean comfortable week despite the cool weather,nice and cosy with heating on. On return to the marina again staff were very helpful, let us sit inside and gave us a cup of coffee whilst we waited for our taxi home because it was raining

Their staff is very friendly and helpful. My friend and I were first timers and one of the staff, Fraser, saw us struggling and offered help. He made sure to stay with us until we felt confident driving the boat ourselves. The boat itself was in great condition and had all the commodities we needed. Great experience!

Amazing! We took the Bradford-on-Avon route which was suggested for beginners such as ourselves. It was very quiet and easy to navigate. Only one lock in this route and we were thankful to receive help from local volunteers.

Good quality boat on a beautiful canal. Nice pubs along the canal. Lots of friendly people along the route.

Very nice welcome, Good and efficient handover giving us a quick departure. Quick replies on email when communicating during our travel to the marina.

The boat was well equipped with everything we needed for the holiday, instructions were clear and easy to follow .The locks and tunnel were a challenge at first, then we got more confident so enjoyed them all

New all electric canal boat was very nice. All I would say is that boat needs a catch on the kitchen cupboards to stop them from coming open - but that’s all. Easy to operate and very nice clean boat. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed every minute such good fun. Will definitely do it again. Thanks for a great day. Even the rain didn’t spoil our day!
