The boat was well provisioned, and the Monmouth Brecon canal is picturesque. Would have liked a few more places to more up and explore, but overall a great experience.

Hired boat from Nantwich canal centre for a week, got a courtesy call a few days before from Matt to check all the details were correct and he answered all my questions too. Had a problem with one of the toilets mid way through the break, Mike came out to meet us quickly and the problem was resolved without us loosing much time. Also arranged to arrive the night before last day before the base closed as Matt offered to reverse the boat into the marina without having to go up to the next winding hole. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us, would highly recommend.

Although the staff at Goytre were very pleasant, it pains me to say that the service was not so good as it was 6 years ago.

The whole service from asking questions to booking and arrival was faultless . The arrivals team at the marina were excellent and always on hand to answer questions even after you are on your travels . Bravo keep it up

The boat was very well equipped with most things that we needed, apart from a toast rack !! there was a good back up if there were any problems, the staff were very friendly. we have used ABC for about 20 years and have always found the boats to be good. we always have the 70 ft. We have just completed 25 years narrowboating and have loved all the holidays, but now is the time to retire to a not so active holiday. Thank you. And by the way, the beds were very comfortable.

From the reception to the crew working on the boat everyone was polite and very friendly . Henry gave us a great introduction and instructions beforehand. When we got stuck sideways the two men that came worked very hard for almost 3 hours to rescue us. We didn’t hear them complain or swear (they may have and we don’t blame them if they did But we didn’t hear them). Thank you. We will recommend you to anyone.

Quality well-maintained boats, superior and friendly customer service. Just completed our third hire from ABC, and every time has been the same great experience. They've thought of everything to make their boats user-friendly without being overdone. Highly recommend!

The wifi didn't work at any time!!!That was not good at all! Because of That we couln't Phone for help when we couln't use the shower and basin in one of the bathrooms
