Friendly and helpful staff in the booking office advising on our best options for our canal boat holiday. Friendly and helpful staff at the boat yard giving advice on our route and managing a canal boat holiday as it was our first time. Very comfortable and clean boat with excellent facilities for our two families. A fantastic weekend.

Easy booking, clear instructions before pick up. Boat clean with some nice extra touches. Good hand over and soon on our way. Pick up location changed due to multiple stoppages, but still had a good week.

Picked up boat from Nantwich due to stoppage on Llangollen canal. Choice of only two routes due to other stoppages. Nantwich is only a small marina, but staff coped well.

We had an excellent stay aboard the Cactus Wren. Perfect for the two of us. We took it quite slow the first day or two, stopping along the way to make a lunch, take photos, or wander into town.

We were brand new to the adventures of renting and living on a narrow boat for a week. The staff at ABC Boat Hire very patiently answered all of my questions and made sure we were comfortable before taking off on our first day!
