We had planned to go on the river Avon & travel to Bristol but it had a yellow warning & were told we couldn't go from ABC, I know it's not their fault but our whole plans were changed & could only travel to Bath, it was just a shame.

The customer service was very good, the only thing we were a bit annoyed about was the fact we couldn't use the log burner. We knew it had one on the boat & had brought wood to use & were looking forward to using it, we had a call from the team while we were on the boat saying we were not allowed to use it, I just think it needs to be made clearer, take the logburner out if not in use or put up a sign, we were not given a reason why either.

From start to finish all was great. Eceryone enjoyed travelling up to Chester and a day out at the Zoo. Parking at the Cheshire Cat and using the Park and Ride saved the more difficutl locks in to the the town center.

Excellent booking, warm welcome, clear explanations and all staff so friendly and helpful at every conatct. The facilities on board ahve improved od much since we last hired and we were very pleased with the care and attention to detail.

We felt very secure that they could deal with anything, and everything that we might need help with over the holiday. Humbled to think that they would trust us to take out such a beautifully equipped boat. The initial training and health & safety guidance also stood out. We remembered a lot of what we'd been taught as we negotiated various challenges and came back feeling we'd gained a lot of boating experience as well as enjoying a very relaxed holiday. The service was excellent! Nothing was too much trouble when there were some changes of sleeping arrangements. The boat was very comfortable and suitable for our extended family. This was the grandchildrens’ first trip and they loved everything about the boat and the locks!
