Nothing to do with ABC, but holiday marred by excessive live aboard boats permanently moored on 48 hour visitor moorings throughout the journey, thus making access to popular locations extremely difficult. At one point we were sufficiently intimidated to force us to move to a wild mooring one evening.

Easy booking and boat was as described, clean and fully equipped. Good directions provided to get to marina.. Easy parking for loading and off site parking for duration of hire.

We had a wonderful weekend. The boat was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. ABC gave us practical instructions to help us navigate our first canal boat journey and we successfully managed 4 locks, a tunnel and an aqueduct. We will hire from ABC again in the future.

Stourport Ring was varied, interesting and fun. There were several closures and adjustments on the route but ABC kept us informed on our trip.

Great size boat for four adults. Well equipped but it would have been great to have pepper & salt on board. The boat was clean & tidy.

Great communication from ABCLeisure Group. We booked over a year in advance and they were in contact with us the whole time. The boat was well equipped as well as clean & tidy. The only thing missing was pepper & salt. The manual on board was very comprehensive. Handing the boat back was very easy & quick. You do need to buy a map from reception as it shows where you can fill up with water. Thank you for an amazing trip!

It was our first canal boat experience but we were well briefed and had someone with us from ABC boat hire for the first half hour which was really helpful as there was a lot to take in.

Your service from the day we booked our holiday to the day we returned to the marina on our last morning was excellent. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The boat was so well equipped with everything we could have wanted and more. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we all had a really wonderful holiday. Peaceful and relaxing. Our cars were safely locked away each day which was reassuring too. Highly recommended holiday.
