From arrival at the start to handover at the end: all very simple, efficient and recognition of our experience as a crew. Trip was twice as long as we originally envisaged due to speedy handover, efficient crew and afternoon handover.

Customer service was excellent throughout, especially at the hard over, the staff were helpful and I formative, able to address our questions and initial concerns leaving us as prepared as we could have been for our first canal boat holiday. The boat itself was tidy and well equipped, we really enjoyed our trip and would use ABC again.

It was a wonderful trip to Christelton (Chester) with a perfect running boat from ABC. The boat itsself was excellent serviced. Also the recommendations regarding the trip at the reception office was very kind and helpful. Thanks a lot for that. We will come back!

The entire team was amazing! We arrived a little early - but that wasn't a problem in the slightest. We did our induction and off we went! The boat - as usual - was immaculate and there was everything aboard we need to make or break plain sailing! We even got a 20% discount at a local eatery in Whitchurch - The Black Bear (See VERY positive review for them on their page!)...
