A really interesting route with lots of contrasts and lots to see. We had a couple of technical issues which were promptly resolved with advice on the phone so that our holiday was not interrupted. The staff's flexibility when we changed our arrival time (twice!) was much appreciated.

Right from the booking the ABC Boat hire staff were helpful and informative. They kept us aware of any canal works or closures and sent us detailed directions to the boat yard. The handover was smooth without being rushed or needlessly drawn out. The boat was clean and fit for purpose and the quilts were the best I have ever experienced on a hire boat, (and I have hired quite a few boats over the last 23 years with different companies). I am already preparing for my next boat trip with ABC Boat hire and eagerly looking forward to it having experienced a brilliant and relaxing voyage this time.

Exceptional service. It was a shame that our original holiday had to be cancelled but that was not ABC’s fault. It was easy to rearrange and the new boatyard were incredibly accommodating.

Absolutely lovely service from the ABC staff at Anderton Marina. Just a 3 day trip for us over last weekend but the lady in the office lent us her map and marked it with post-it notes. The chap who did the handover was also great and all in all, a great experience. Would absolutely ‘sail’ with them again.

We had a great trip going to Kinver and back the scenery was beautiful the locks well maintained. Was disappointed there was no stafff to assist at the bratch we felt there should have been someone to advise at the least .
