The service was great by all staff, especially the information given at handover by Ruben. Very knowledgeable gent. Very clean and tidy narrow boat, the kids and 2 doggies enjoyed their adventure.

11 inexperienced canal boaters had a weekend that exceeded all expectations. The boats were fantastic and the staff were helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend a few days on the water enough.

Sufficiently comprehensive, adequate and correct information. Excellent and very pleasant treatment at the service point. Excellent on-site training with patient space for questions and answers. This was our first trip, but not our last!
