Grasshopper Warbler was a lovely boat which we had no problems with. The boat was clean and well equipped and the briefing at the start was excellent.

The staff were lovely & the boat very nice. A couple of niggles lost a star. - broken waterproof zip could have been a big issue if we hadn’t brought our own - wet week - the engine was smoky (complaints from boats following us - especially in a tunnel)

Booking service was easy. Excellent info given after booking. Welcome at Marina was warm and helpful. Boat orientation was good and on board equipment was excellent. Boat was spotlessly clean with many extras such as soap, gels, tea, coffee, sugar provided. We did mention that we didn’t find the dustpan/brush but the vacuum cleaner worked well. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Would we use ABC again? Yes, definitely if wanting a narrow boat trip
