The 22 meter long boat was very tough to steer and maneuver fro people 70 years+, so a warning should have been given when booking.

Have sent separate email with comments. The briefing before take-off was not up to the level expected, especially regarding the narroe beds and possibilities of extending them. The Marina forgot to add grease for propeller shaft lubrication.

Everything with reservation, booking, payment and hand-over was great. Beds in middle sections were a bit hard (and small) for adult persons. Travel with the boat was easy and instructions given om the homepage was sufficient to manage any situation even we did this travel for the first time. Interior in the kitchen could be a bit more efficient.

The boat was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and it was so much better to have 2 bathrooms. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The kitchen was fine and there was plenty of shelving and cupboard space

We wanted for nothing really. The beds had an extension to make them king size which was good for the two men (6ft2 and 6ft3). The bottom fitted sheet could have been a bit bigger but that was the only fault. We have hired twice before and we prefer ABC to any other hirer

When we broke down they we with us within a couple of hours and sorted our engine problems very quickly. Very friendly at the marina

We went from Anderton to Llangollen and had a great trip. As we did it in a week, we had a few long days but it is perfectly doable. We were on River Warbler which was good but not as good as Black Cap Warbler which we had last year. The pull down seat in the lounge was really uncomfortable and certainly needs attention. The extension sides on the beds is a great bonus as are the night lights all along the inside of the boat. We did break down on the first night but the engineer came out to us and after half an hour drive and 25 minute walk got us up and running again. A great big thank you to him.
