Wir hatten etwas Probleme mit der Anreise. Jon hat auf uns gewartet und uns mit Lebensmitteln für den ersten Abend versorgt. Das Boot war in sehr gutem Zustand und lief ohne Beanstandungen. Die Abwicklung war wirklich entspannt.

The Bunting class boat has perfect for the two of us and performed well throughout the trip on the Kennet and Avon canal. We had a pump out at Aldermaston and the staff were very helpful and efficient. The same applied later at Hilperton.

The boat performed well especially considering the state of the Kennet and Avon canal. It proved very difficult to moor the boat due to the very dense uncontrolled weeds and vegetation along the tow path. Many locks are difficult to operate due to lack of maintenance. Worn paddle gear unsafe foot boards and leaking gates. One of us got a bad chemical burn on the leg from accidental contact with giant hogweed on the Eastern section of the canal. This resulted in emergency treatment at two hospitals on route thus loosing 2 days cruising. Pity the canal is being allowed to decline back to a poor state after all the hard work and effort it took to restore it back into 1980s

I object to Feefo making this field compulsory. I was tempted to cancel the review. No problem with ABC.

Friendly and efficient. Only problems were a leaky water hosepipe and Internet vouchers that didn't work, both outside ABC's control. They explained these hosepipes are compulsory and they will contact the Internet provider.

Our narrowboat holiday through ABC was fantastic. We had a relaxing week of cruising from Trowbridge to Bath on a clean and well equipped boat. Staff were friendly and helpful and although we didn’t need to ring them, we felt confident of their assistance if we got into any scrapes during the holiday.
