Instructional advice on use of canal locks explained in detail and understood for a beginner such as myself. The handover of the boat was explained in detail. Customer Services were extremely friendly and most helpful, therefore making the start of my trip relaxing.

A great, well-equipped boat on a beautiful canal. I've not been on a canal holiday previously, but found it easy to get on with and very relaxing.
