It would have been lovely to have had padded cushions for the bow and also folding (camping) seats to use on the bank when moored up as we could not get comfortable inside. l think that we went too far, almost to Hungerford, so we were always tired but that was our fault. Found some great pubs though.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, although around a third of the time it rained heavily. There were four adults and a dog in our party on a boat to sleep six. It was comfortable, but with six people, especially in rainy times, would have been a very tight squeeze.

Showers need upgrading like gailey base and rugby base Also you could smell the sewage in the middle bedroom

Fantastic service & quality which started from the very first call we had from ABC. We loved this and would do it again. We went from Whitchurch to Llangollen, a stunning stretch of canal with two viaducts and some tunnels all thrown in. Only a couple of locks so very manageable for us 1st timers! It was extremely relaxing but entertaining too, manoeuvring the narrow boat. It's not difficult at all once you get the hang of it, you just need to think ahead. There was just the two of us and our little dog who equally had a great time. The boat was perfect, modern, extremely well equipped, it had everything you could think of and more, even wet weather gear for two should it rain. It was spotless and very clean throughout. ABC have thought of everything and their customer service was outstanding. We enjoyed it so much we're already looking to book again.

The boat was excellent, the staff were extremely helpful and you were very understanding when we got into a couple of difficulties.

Our numbers were reduced due to Covid restrictions. The company reduced the cost of the boat hire to account for this.

The boat was in fantastic condition, it was clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Loved that it had two bathrooms, and both bed were comfy too.
