We booked a boat with ABC from Canada, and they were very clear and pleasant to deal with. We had a few issues with booking and with picking up the boat, as well as with retuning it (all our issues, not theirs!) and they were accommodating and supportive. The boat itself was also clean and cute, and easy to operate.

Lovely boat Well kitted out and plenty of space for four The throttle cable snapped on the first day This wasn’t ABC s fault as it was a new boat It was on our first day at about 6 pm The engineer was with us within the hour and replaced Iit Great service ABC staff all pleasant and helpful Great company to deal with

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Nigel of ABC was a fantastic tutor and carefully and patiently explained everything to us. We did the 4 counties in just over 6 days - challenging with early starts and cruising until around 8 pm but with just the 2 of us I think we did well!

Whilst the cruise between Aldermaston and return was fine the staff at Aldermaston were not very helpful.

Black Country Ring - great circuit, but some of the lock gates through Birmingham very difficult to operate with many broken paddle mechanisms.
