Excellent service, our second time with ABC Boat hire and will definitely use them again

Boat well equipped and clean. Problems with Wi Fi. Kept having to log in every time we used it. Code given supposed to be valid for 1 week, but sometimes didn't work at all or only lasted 24hrs. Not because we exceeded data allowance. Required frequent phone calls to marina to get new codes. A few more hooks for coats etc in interior would be useful. Fridge inadequate size for number of people on board

This is the second time we have hired from you,having hired from many of your Marina's previously,we have got to say that Andy and his team are by far the friendliest ,until this trip,one female member was very rude,we needed a pump out,so came into the office to inform them,unfortunately could not remember the name of the boat,the female who took us out off the Marina was in the office so i said to her,you took us out the other day,to which she replied i do not remember i have had a sleep since then,to me her reply should have been oh yes i remember ( even if she did not) and are you having a nice time,think you call it Customer Relations,this Female was aged between 20 to 30 ,with dark purplish hair,there was no need for this attitude at all,spoilt our holiday

Although we had a lovely time with friends, the boat itself was a bit of a let down with numerous faults . Couldn’t fault the Engineer who came out twice to fix issues or the boatyard who gave us a discount on fuel. There were just to many issues with the boat .

The boat was very well prepared and very clean, the handover was thorough but proportionate for a boater with previous experience. The boat was comfortable and handled very well. We particularly liked the very comfortable beds and practical bathrooms.

We booked a boat with ABC from Canada, and they were very clear and pleasant to deal with. We had a few issues with booking and with picking up the boat, as well as with retuning it (all our issues, not theirs!) and they were accommodating and supportive. The boat itself was also clean and cute, and easy to operate.
