The facilities on the boat were like a home from home. All needs were catered for. The welcome pack and extras were more than expected. The handover chap was very helpful, friendly and thorough, as were all the staff we interacted with. We were given a map and possible destinations were pointed out. The shower was very efficient, hot and plenty of pressure. The boat was clean and well maintained. Kitchen equipment was plentiful. Lots of towels and bedding. Perfect for a lovely holiday. I would recommend highly.

Excellent service, even when a rudder became dislodged. Repair waiting time was very swift. Very well equipped boat, very clean no complaints. The chap Simon, who helped used cast off was particularly helpful. Especially, when he told us he was going to tie us up. How we laughed, great weekend.

Nice man informing us,but as it’s the 14 time we know quite a bit..On day two we didn’t get warm water,I phoned and the same man was with us in an hour new water pump. We had no further problems with the boat. The boat was getting a bit old, but worked fine. If you are asking wether we’re using ABC again, yes hopefully a fortnight in October.

We found using the boat easy to handle despite the windy conditions. Everything was perfect.

Booking was easy, turned up and they talked us through what we needed to know and went with us for about half a mile to make sure we were happy. Boat was lovely. Would def go with them again

I’ve used ABC on many occasions and been very satisfied, especially when having to call out an engineer shortly after we set off due to an error on our behalf.
