Friendly welcome from all staff. Induction (explanations and technical details very thorough, still friendly). Questions answered clearly. Reasonable cost in comparison to other providers. Boat well equipped and comfortable. There was a hitch with the heating, an engineer was with us in 15 minutes to sort it out. Can't fault them in any way.

Our 5th year on this type of boat out of different bases, we usually have the boat for the first available weekend of the new season so weather plays a big part of our experience, every year we have had various challenges. You must expect the odd little hiccup, unfortunately that's boating in general, but, anytime we have had an issue ABC have been on it immediately whether it be a battery problem or a broken toaster.

The boat was immaculate! The scenery was breathtaking and it was very relaxing, yet adventurous. We will definitely rent again from ABC.

ABC helped us plan our holiday and helped us rebook when the locks were closed and we couldn’t do our original route. They were very helpful, gave us all the things we needed to prepare us for our journey and the boat was in immaculate condition. A++ for customer service! We don’t have one single complaint. One of our best holidays ever!

The price of the A B C boat was akin to the best quality company I have hired from, the presentation was about the same as the lowest quality company I have hired from. I feel in fairness to A B C I should not comment on the problem that arose until I have resolved it with them.
