Fantastic service pre and post trip by both ABC and Scottish Canals. Boat was lovely and clean although toilets needed pumped out half way through our trip as it seemed they hadn’t been from the last hirer but this all added to the experience. Would totally recommend.

When we got to alvechurch boat bedding was incorrectly set up, as one double, instead of two singles, and no other bedding for second bed. After 4 days pump out was required and we had no toilet for one day as we were no where near pump out facilities. I have always used abc boathire but feel that on this occasion the marina had not prepared the boat correctly, and after such a long time with this company am considering using another for future boating holidays.

All the staff at ABC are helpful and pleasant to deal with. The boat was clean and comfortable. We love their loyalty scheme, which brings us back time and again.

The staff at the Falkirk base were friendly and excellent, the boat was throughly clean and ready for us to board. We enjoyed our trip on the Falkirk wheel and ontowards Edinburgh, to mark our wedding anniversary.

Had a problem with one of the toilets, otherwise excellent, we have our own narrowboat. One of the reasons for this trip was to try a widebeam boat, as well as the Scottish Canals and the Falkirk Wheel.
