The staff are friendly and their personal service and contact with customers is of the highest order. The boat was thoroughly cleaned and well presented. The little touches were very much appreciated e.g. the cleaning materials and the Gem books. We gave a list of little defects and as soon as we returned the team were on the ball - putting them on the 'to do' board.

excellent , helpful staff , nice clean and well equiped boat , and we had great weather ;-) we were advised to go east as the west route was busy and lack of mooring space , we tackled the Cean flight of locks whithout a hitch , to enjoy the tranquility of the canal and stopping at nice pubs along the way . the only problem was the overgrown canal banks when looking for a place to mooring , stinging nettles, long grass and unsure footing ! but this is down to the Canal Trust not the boat company . So if you need a holiday to swith off and relax , dont set a target , take off your watch , and enjoy the canal .

Great service The Boats are clean, staff at Springwood are excellent. We did have a technical failure, but the engineer came straight out during out and it was fixed in no time. Can't recommend them high enough.

The route was picturesque but the canal was was very shallow and narrow with parts of overgrown which made the driving difficult

Liangollen Canal was tremendous. So varied and capped by crossing the aqueduct and the sectionto Lllangollen itself.
