Easy booking, flexible payments. Every thing needed was supplied. Beds comfy but narrow. More info on closures would be helpful. Staff excellent. Things we listed as missing last year were there this time.

Clean boat, ready on time with very friendly and competent staff. Canal was nice and quiet but when they say shallow and twisty they mean it! Max speed 2 miles per hour. Mooring more challenging than on a different canal we have been on as a lot of tow path overgrown. Beautiful views. Lots of nice villages and towns to stop off at and walks to do.

Great experience overall with the boat, customer service, etc. The one ongoing frustration we had was the Wifi. We had to repeatedly call to get a new code.
