As a first time narrow boater I had tons of questions and the staff answered all my (many) emails promptly and completely. On the day of hand-over the staff could not have been any more helpful and friendly. Absolutely top-notch customer service!

The boat was splendid!! My travel partner and I each had plenty of room to store our own items. The bed(rooms) were more than adequate. The beds were very comfortable and the extra pillows were a nice touch. The shower size and availability of hot water was much better than I anticipated! We were both pleased with the size of the refrigerator - more than adequate for our trip. We didn't use the TV as the WiFi was excellent so we streamed videos.

Positive points - staff were excellent, polite, helpful and interested. The interior of the boat was very well appointed with up to date technology all working very effectively. Everything was clean and worked well. Negative points - the mechanical part of the boat was clearly problematic from day 1. Engine was very noisy especially at slow speeds - other boats looked at you strangely when you passed. There was a lot of water in the bilges and the pump was always kicking in including at night. The tiller was very stiff and eventually came out of 'the cup' on leaving a lock necessitating a call out to repair. The mechanic also made adjustments to the prop to reduce the leaking.
