Staff Excellent, Boat a bit tired Seating round dining table very uncomfortable and drop down seat vert difficult to put up and down--not fit for purpose.. No instructions for either TV or radio. We were only able to use TV for DVDs. Radio would not switch off

From the initial booking, to the 'check in' at the marina and 'check out' on our return, ABC Boat Hire were amazing! As this was my first 'barge holiday', I was slightly apprehensive, but the staff were brilliant and reassuring especially the gentleman who went through everything on the boat with us in an unhurried and confident way and to the housekeeping team who are to be commended for their exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. The 'little extras' on board (box of matches, books, cards) were a lovely touch. Thank you to all the staff at ABC Boat Hire - we will definitely use you again and look forward to your next break with you!
