Great short break holiday. The boat was very clean and well fitted with good clean bedlinen. The staff were a friendly bunch of people and we had a bed collapse and they attended and fix the problem all within 30 mins. Great service.

We had excellent service from fantastic staff at the start, during and end of our holiday. The boat was a little tired, and didn't have the correct adaptor for the water hose - if a liveaboard at Kintbury hadn't given us one we would not have been able to fill with water. Also the door handle on one of the bathrooms was not attached properly & kept falling off - this was fixed when we passed Aldermaston during our holiday.

Fantastic from start to finish, great welcome and instruction. Boat was clean easy to use. Everything there you needed. Easy and quick hand over once back. This was our second time, will definitely be going back.

Som før nevnt, båten var i dårlig teknisk tilstand, feilalarmer om lavt oljetrykk, lekkasje fra takluke ved det minste regnvær.

They were very helpful, boat had no major issues. Toilet needed some manual control but everything else was great. Very clean and ready to go when we arrived as described. For the price it was great value and we felt looked after by the team. Many thanks

Nice canal but a bit too many trees witch tended to restrict the views. This was our 2nd trip on this canal
