Boat was ready for collection on time, clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful on pick up and return.

Boat had a few issues. Battery was not retaining energy for more than 3 hours, with very little use. One of the toilets would not flush properly and the sink in one of the bathrooms was extremely slow to drain.

Boat was excellent, very clean, onboard amenities good, boat handled really well. Handover and information provided by Fox Narrowboats was excellent. Only negative comment is that toilet really smelt nasty when flushing toilet.

I have been on a few canal boat holidays but this is the first time using ABC Boat Hire. This company was the best one yet. The boat was in good condition, the equipment was good quality and the towels were fluffy! The staff were very friendly and very happy to spend time making sure we had everything sorted. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Wonderful app. The company kept us informed as to changes. When, at the last minute, our friends cancelled, it was easy to switch to a smaller vessel.
