Boat was very clean and well equipped with everything you need to sleep, clean and cook (except for food, of course). Staff did a great job training us to run the boat and use the locks.

good handover at both ends - we came past heading east midweek after starting heading west and they answered our questions and refilled the water in the short time we were there.

First Class Service. They prepared the boat a little earlier as we arrived an hour before our pick up time. We were assisted out of the Marina and brought back ini due to a very narrow turning point and bridge. A refund for fuel unused too!!

Had a fabulous time as always, boat was new with no problems and everything working as expected. The hire boat crew at the marina were everso helpful and friendly both on departure and arrival.
