We had to change to a different Marina at very short notice because the boat we booked was stuck on the Thames. We were dealt with very efficiently and given a reduction in price

From the moment we arrived at Gayton Marina to the day we left the holiday was brilliant! Auduoin's Gull us a lovely comfortable boat with lots of space for 4 people. The boat was very clean and felt covid safe. This was our 3rd time with ABC Boat Hire and will definitely book again.

The vacuum cleaner on board needed to be serviced before i could use it, i had to clean all three filters removing over one centimetre of dust from one of them and scrape the detritus from around the heads before they would **** any thing at all, even then it was not good. There was no hand wash in any of the toilets. Somewhat important at the moment!

From the moment we arrived at the Marina to the time we handed the boat back we received excellent service. The boat was excellently prepared and even though it must get used most weeks of the hiring season it didn’t look tired on run down! The layout of the boat suits 2 couples with cabins and bathrooms at either end of the boat separated by the communal area. We would hire this boat again!

Exceptional service. Every member of staff we came in contact with could not do enough for us,i am 83 years old and been on many holidays including 5 of yours ,this holiday was problem free,just to add exceptional service from Andy.Please pass these comments on ,good staff are hard to find.In this day and age people are quick to complain and very slow to praise.Thankyou
