The presentation and handover at the marina was very good. The boat was in good order and on the face of it was well maintained and clean. What let it down was when we checked under our bed for storage space we found somebody previously had left dirty clothing together with a bag concealed underneath. One would have expected this to have been removed before we took the boat over.

We actually booked this trip 3 years ago but Covid prevented us from taking it until this year - ABC were extremely understanding about our particular covid-related issues as a group of oldies and did not bat an eye when we postponed for the 2nd year running. Their staff were so friendly, cheerful and helpful to us - they really went above & beyond. We were not newbies but nonetheless had a very thorough induction session with comprehensive instruction on how to operate the barge and stressing health & safety issues - we felt they always had our backs if anything should go wrong. We wouldn't hesitate to book with ABC again.
