Well prepared boat, always excellent handover, great location, although we were originally going on the Mon & Brecon which had a stoppage in place due to fallen tress, but professionally re-arranged by the booking team with no hassle. Overall even after 25 years of using this company, I still find that 95% of the time everything is perfect

We arrived a bit late but all the staff took all the time needed to settle us in safely and make us feel comfortable onboard.

Having continually tented from this company for over 25 years, at least twice a year, I continue to find hat the quality of boat, booking team awareness and helpfulness, coupled with the professionalism of most ( but not all ) Marina personnel, I will continue to book with them over the years ahead and I always recommend them to other potential hirers.

Our first Narrowboat holiday, with no experience between the four us. Everything we needed to know was well explained by friendly, accommodating staff. My Wife and I will definitely be looking to do this again, and perhaps be a little more adventurous with our next outing. We had a great time and I got to Captain. My highest ranking position since I was a milk monitor at primary school…
