We were both very happy with Humblot's Heron and, having cruised the canals extensively, I was very interested to see how the boats have changed! We were very happy with the facilities on board with the slight exception of never being able to get the main TV channels on the TV!

The whole experience was brilliant! The barge was so clean and well equipped and comfortable. The handover was very informative from a guy who knows his boats, he lives on one! We had such a fantastic few days. It was our first time but won’t be our last!

The service provided was great - super friendly, really relaxed and informative - and the boat and general equipment etc really well managed, maintained and explained. We had a lovely weekend and very grateful for the very friendly and helpful approach provided by the ABC Team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The boat was excellent, the facilities on it were excellent. The reason for not giving an overall excellent rating was that *personal info removed by Feefo* , who showed us the boat, could have been more knowledgeable about the route when we asked him and Brad who *personal info removed by Feefo* passed us on to was also vague and seemed only interested in selling us a canal book for £12.95.

We had a most enjoyable two weeks during which we stopped off in Edinburgh, Kirkintilloch, Bowling, Glasgow and at the Kelpies. Scottish Canal staff and volunteers were invariably friendly and helpful.

The noise of the taps or toilets at night was annoying, but we were warned about this and I guess there's nothing that can be done about that. Also, there was insufficient storage space. I think the layout, in this respect could probably be improved,
