Several faults with boat that on this occasion significantly impaired our holiday enjoyment. Primarily poor heating system and badly fitting front doors meant it was difficult to keep the forrard bedroom warm in the cold may weather

I was disappointed with the service as it was not organised very well. We asked for life jackets to be put on and when we realised that they were not it was too late as we were on our way. Wasn’t as clean as the last boat we had.there was no trays at all to cook with in the oven so we had to use the tops of casserole dishes Also we had a hard time finding water places that were open to refill. When we got back the night before as everyone else did!! My poor dog couldn’t get out to do his evening wee as we didn’t think it fair to climb over other peoples boats. We personally wouldn’t go from here again

From the moment we arrived to handing the boat back we had a fabulous time. The staff gave us a warm welcome, the boat was clean, comfortable and well equipped and the sun shone. Perfect short break.

Usually it’s 4 stars but we had mechanical issues with the vessel, heating not working and smells from the waste tanks, which meant engineer visits and held us up and took time out (about a third of a day) from our trip. Pleased with organised response to fix things which could have been far more time consuming. thanks to Paul engineer!

This was a much needed and very enjoyable holiday. We had to postpone twice, in March 2020 and April 2021 but all communication had been very clear and efficient. Beautiful countryside and a very well equipped boat.
