We’ve hired on a number of occasions from ABC and find them to be a thoroughly professional outfit. Late in the 2 week holiday the central heating packed up on the boat, but ABC were very helpful in finding a solution so that it did not adversely affect our holiday experience.

So pleased that we used abc for our first canal boating experience. The boat was ready a little earlier than 2.30 which allowed us to get all the info/safety done to be able to get going sooner. The boat was immaculate, we could not fault a thing! They had absolutely everything on board that we could possibly need. Thank you

Pleasant, helpful staff and a good boat. However, well-intentioned but draconian COVID measures meant loading and unloading was rather rushed (we accidentally left items on the boat - heard nothing else about them). Also, on collection, the boat's floor wasn't quite as clean as it could have been.
