The bed in the lounge had no spare bedding but we had enough of our own so did not spoil the holiday.Apart from this the boat was very well equipped

Customers choose their bedding layout at the time of booking and as the bedding for the dinette was not requested the housekeeping team wouldn't have known it was required. We returned from Falkirk last week and have already booked a two-week break for August 2022. Our boat was clean and very well equipped. My brother’s was just as great. We loved our time on boatd and at the Edinburgh Fringe. ABC’s and Scottish Canal’s staff were really helpful. Roll on 2022!

Staff amazing from start to finish. My wife was very poorly and we had to cut our holiday short. Everyone we spoke to were helpful and amazingly understanding and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be having a second holiday next year with you.

wood around dining table was dirty, but otherwise the boat was good the marina staff were really good and the boat was as advertised

First time on a canal boat and it was an amazing holiday. Lots of people to help at the first few locks to show us how they work. Great to go in the locks with another boat and gained lots of experience.

We hired 4 boats and all were good and despite the bank holiday rush, the service was top notch. Excellent support and assistance started at the time of booking and continued throughout till the end. When we had a minor issue with one of the function on one of the boat mid-way, they sent someone and sorted it well within half an hour. Very friendly team. Totally stress free.

The boat itself was in immaculate condition and staff were very helpful. Our only adverse criticism was that the noise throughout the boat when any water for washing or the loos was drawn was much louder than we have experienced before. Only minor but at night with two children aboard........
