Service was excellent. We got the boat stuck so Sam and the manager I think his Name is Paul came out and sorted the situation , very professional. I've been twice last year once this year and will definitely be coming back.

Everything went right with the boat from handover to hand back. Although the weather was mixed,you can't control that.

We found the boat old, tired and dated. We have hired from other marinas, Worcester in particular and found their boats to be very good. This one was a disappointment. The toilets were not the modern macerator type even though the Boat instruction book said they were. The bathroom layout was poor and made the toilets very difficult to use. The lighting throughout was poor. We were a party of 6 in a boat designed for 8 and we found the communal area cramped and awkward. The fridge door appeared to be ill-fitting and the rail to stop bottles falling out was missing. We would definitely not hire this boat again.

Overall experience was excellent . Considering Covid One point may come up later but on return we had completed your form and handed it in. feeling that in some cases it may be the only way you can pick up on small defects For example there was no Fish Slice supplied However your colleague did not read our comments Next time I may not complete the form.

Was a great experience from start to finish, abc are very friendly. The canal very peaceful with lovely views. Good fishing aswell.
