Very good boat and well organised service. We did run out of gas on the first night with was inconvenient but they came out first thing and sorted it out, working around our travels. All very professionally done

I believe that when a double bed is made up from two single beds then a topper should be placed on the top of them to eliminate that bad ridge that runs down the bed that can be very uncomfortable at times. Also, we found that we could not make little soldiers at breakfast time because there were no egg cups.

We had a lovely holiday, the staff were very helpful at the beginning and the boat was very clean and well equipped.

We had a much needed week on our favourite canal. Each time we have been, there have been new upgrades to the boat. Very comfortable put up bed. Very well equipped shower and toilet room. Remarkably good IT connection. We even managed seven sunny (if sometimes a bit chilly) days. Thank you again Whitchurch Marina.

An amazing experience with all the help and support we needed on my first canal barge experience. We went from Whitchurch to Llangollen and it was such a lovely part of the canal. the barge was comfortable and had all the things in it that we needed. Such a brilliant experience, I would recommend it.

I have been really please with ABC Boat hire all the way through our holiday. Right from booking, including communication regarding Covid issues, deposit freeze and rebooking our holiday the company were very understanding and informative throughout. Staff at the marina were really friendly and helpful, and the arrangements of booking in, care including extra bedding for COLD nights, and the tutoring was very good. We had an amazing time, with only an issue with wifi which following a call to Wrenbury was soon rectified. We even got a credit on our fuel usage, which was a pleasant surprise as we had travelled over 50 miles and used the heating. We will definitely consider booking with ABC Boat hire again in the future.

This was our first narrow boat holiday so we didn't know what to expect but sd had a fantastic time.

Meant to give 4 stars the boat was clean and tidy nothing wrong with it but we understand that the reception of the tv and radio would be poor we expected that but would have been nice if dvd worked so we could have some entertainment in the evenings
