This was the third time we have used ABC, staff are always really helpful and knowledgeable, boats are always clean and tidy, bedding and towels always are good., kitchen well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Only reason its not a 5 star, we had an issue starting the boat before we left the marina, which took a while to identify, but the team dealing with it were good guys with some good banter!

Four counties ring from Gailey in a week with just two people! Very doable although fairly long days of cruising (avg 8 hrs) to complete in week. Beautiful countryside along the way with other points of ineterst such as the tunnel!

Very tidy and organised venue. Problem was we were told on the advert for the sday trip boat there was an induction hob and microwave. All it was was a camping stove which messed up our meal plans. And the distance to travel is very short. people were friendly.

We arrived early at Alvechurch and received a friendly greeting, when the boat was ready we able to get away promptly after going through the check list with the engineer.

We received a friendly helpful welcome. We were given a brief run through of the controls because we have holidayed on narrowboats previously. If it’s your first time you will receive a more in depth introduction.

Staff where very helpfull informative and polite. our boat Dusky Warbler was modern and clean it was very well equipped and the wifi was excellent and unlimited and included in the rental. Great holliday will definitely book again.

Good boat and fair amount of space considering it’s a narrow boat! Glad we paid for 6 berth for 4 of us. Wider beds very comfortable. Facilities excellent - good size shower and plenty of hot water. Couldn’t have asked for better.
