Excellent customer service, especially from Andrew at Alvechurch Marina. Andrew spent a good hour maybe more going through everything on the boat, teaching us how to tie knots and get through the locks, and explaining everything inside the boat, very helpful and pleasant person, he also helped us when we returned the boat, so special thanks to Andrew. As we passed some of the other boat hire companies, we noticed their customers only getting 15 or 20 minutes tuition, which is nowhere near enough The rest of the staff were also very good The boat was great bar one small issue, the TV didnt work, but that kind of made the holiday better, as we didnt sit round watching TV all night, had to find other things to do, the radio not working was a bit more of a pain, but we streamed music through our phones, so no big deal really.

Made the mistake of turning right out of the marina, so had to do the 30 Tardybigge locks practically immediately, having said that, all worked out well, if not a little tired at the bottom, the boat was great, had everything we needed, as mentioned before TV and radio didnt work, but no big deal for us
