Up the Falkirk Wheel and the cruising to Edinburgh was fantastic. The Glasgow end needs lots of pre-booking so less "easy-going" than other canals that we have done. The Falkirk marina has basic provision only (parking is about it) but is only for collection and return. Pubs all the way along both canals and plenty of places to stop.

This is our third holiday with ABC. Boat as always clean and ready to go on time with all expected equipment on board. Lots of information for planning the trip ahead of time (including what we needed to book with the Canals Trust). A lovely relaxing week!

Boat was BRAND NEW so good. It was a delivery, more than 200 locks, a bit of a challenge. Would we do it again, Yes.

We MUST be happy with ABC Boat hire, as we have hired from them on three occasions. Any problems we had were dealt with sharpish.
