The service was friendly and efficient. Grant helped with tips on avoiding Birmingham traffic and stayed late to train us. The boat was very clean indeed and had none of the glitches we heard from other Narrowboat holiday makers.

Straightforward, practical handover. Boat was great with everything you need. No problems during our holiday. You do have to purchase the guide book, but all previous companies we've used are the same.

The boat was ready on time, perfectly clean and tidy, and we had no mechanical issues. As I had driven narrow boats several times before, we were not offered any particular training other than to be reminded about the daily routines, which was kind.
