The boat was superbly equipped and very comfortable for the 4 of us (adults). The staff were very helpful and the boat easy to manoeuvre.

I had a lovely holiday, I would of given 5 stars but when we picked up the boat one of the toilets was blocked and my friends had never been on a boat before so did not know until the Wednesday when it would not flush at all. We were told that they would fix it at 9.00 the next morning, nobody came until the afternoon. We were then told it was blocked by wet wipes and if this happened again we would be charged. When we returned the boat the lady who spoke to us insisted that we had blocked the toilet with wet wipes and was quite rude about it. We come from a rural area where wet wipe can't be used. We found this most disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback, it is disappointing to hear that it was necessary for an engineer to come out to you to unblock the toilet. It is part of our turnaround procedure for every boat to have the toilet tank emptied and the toilet cleaned and flushed through. We realise wet wipes can be used by mistake and although our engineers will come out and resolve the issue once we do need to charge customers if it happens on more than one occasion. We're pleased you had a lovely holiday and we hope to see you all again soon.

Boat was good although recommend that you read the inventory of each boat carefully - no microwave toaster kettle on our boat!! Service at Gailey was good and the holiday was blessed with lovely weather. Certain locks on the 4 Counties Ring were showing significant wear and tear with some double locks down to singles. Removing some abandoned craft would also help!! Still the best way to see England's back gardens! The wifi was better this year but no facilty to "remember me" so had to input code every time - tut!

The boat was well appointed with great storage. The bed was very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean when we got on board. The staff at ABC, on the booking side, the marina receptionist and those who handed over the boat to us, were all brilliant- friendly, helpful aand thoughtful. The marina at Anderton is a great place to start a holiday.

First time out into the blue yonder was a delight. We did the Brecon canal and avoided any locks.the weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. ABC. well organised showed us the ropes and let us do the rest.

The weather was very good, which was obviously a help making for a great time. Everything on the boat worked perfectly and we found all the staff and other boaters very helpful to us "firsters"

I have been coming to you for years .This was a new boat so we were told and the single beds were wider. You had a toaster and microwave and it was good to see more 13 amp plugs for 240 volt.Also I had complained on one of our holidays the lack of draw space under the beds. This one had two big draws-well done. Now put them under the other beds!!
