As ever we had a wonderful holiday on the canals and felt well supported by the base at Anderton. I also must thank the office staff of ABC who help us to have a holiday amidst so many restrictions. Thank you all

We really enjoyed our first narrowboat holiday and would highly recommend it for people who would like a fairly relaxing but active break. We'd like to give the trip 4.5 stars rather than 5, because we were a bit disappointed by the induction and some of the marina arrangements. As first-timers, we thought there would be a talk about the canal particularly tips around the locks, where to moor, suggested routes etc but it was very rushed. We learnt as we went and from lovely people on other boats. Also, the procedure for returning boats was a bit painful - all boats had to be back at 9am which was chaos!

Very good customer service. Boat was good. Would prefer a stronger (although might not be possible). Cost quite expensive but it was an enjoyable holiday

A fantastic weekend away on the Kennet and Avon. Aldermaston to Newbury (about 9 hours on each weekend day) was perfect for a weekend getaway with my brother and Dad. Great to be able to get in in prior to Lockdown 2.0. Boat had everything we needed and was very clean on arrival. Thank you very much.
