There were 3 ladies on my trip, we really enjoyed the experience, boat was clean on arrival and information about the boat and how too stear very good. The make up bed in seating area not very comfortable, wouldn't call it a double. Help on hand if you found yourself in trouble. On arrival woman on reception was very abrupt. This unnerved us a bit seeing it was a new experience for us all. She did mellow later.

We were told on handover that we may need to get a pump out during our trip. Indeed the 'red light' came on on the last day of the trip indicating pump out required. I feel that the boat was therefore not fully ready at handover

Staff very personable and helpful. Boat clean, as advertised and everything worked. I only gave the marina a good as the loos leave a lot to be desired.

Everything perfect but no automatic lighter for the hob. The tiller and rudder were not straight and a lot vibration through the tiller.

Comfortable boat; well thought out design. Some niggles that need addressing: fridge was small and badly designed. Also Engine felt tired and old.

Quality and condition of boat; reassurance of cleaning in Covid; really friendly and helpful staff who went that extra mile to make our time very enjoyable. Thaey also arranged great weather!!!!!

We had a wonderful week due to wonderful weather.Great experiences and beautiful vistas on the Thames. Unfortunately not great level of comfort on board.
