A lovely experience and very good service. It was our first time and all the instructions were very clear. The boat was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing that was not working properly was the wi-fi, everything else was 10/10.

All very efficient, contacted us day before, hand over very well organised despite the current difficulties - just the weather needed fixing it tipped it down from start to finish!!

A pump at the front of the boat continued through the night, the wifi code had expired, and we were left a ‘direct’ voicemail asking why we were not back by 9:30 at 9:37, we arrived back at 9:45 - all of which we found a little disappointing especially as we felt we paid top rate. All in all very good though, especially the prompt handover and relaxed instruction! And Would def consider a return

Excellent services on the boat, everything in good working order and really clean, esp important at moment with covid. All facilities were in good working order allowing us to self cater throughout the week.

Marina staff were excellent. Location must be one of the best in the Country. Boat was well prepared but a little dated. Newer boat and it would have been 5 stars.

We loved it. Very spacious and well kitted out. Bathroom handles kept falling off as missing screws and the macerator in the front bathroom had a fault so made a noise every 90seconds which disturbed sleep for front bedroom. Apart from these things it was fantastic.

We had a really first class holiday, the boat was very well equipped, clean and well prepared, the hand-over was very good, and the staff helpful and friendly. When we had a small issue with our boat one evening (our fault) the out of hours help we received was excellent. We would certainly use ABC again for future canal holidays.

We had a lovely break despite the pouring rain. The boat had excellent cooking facilities, central heating and was very comfortable.

Helpful staff on hand. The fridge was slightly broken so I notified the staff before we left.
