Can’t fault the company or the boat itself, we’ve used them five time from various locations and they’ve always been brilliant, however this canal is in desperate need of a clean up, it is full of rough unlicensed boats (floating shed might be more accurate of which we genuinely saw three). It seem the owners of said sheds love nothing more that hurling abuse at the “tourists” as you slowly cruise by on you relaxing getaway.

Excellent boat and friendly and efficient team. Really nice short break from Hilperton in to Bath and back, a fairly easy 2 days with some amazing scenery. Well equipped and modern boat with everything you could need.

Shower to one of the bathrooms did not work, the temperature control was stuck and would not move. We had a second shower in the other bathroom so were not that upset but would have been if only one bathroom. Hence 4 stars. Rest of the trip good.

First time I've hired one of these style boats, much prefer the Viking Afloat style, (just my preference). Other than that just fine.

Boat well presented by very efficient and polite staff. We required 2 call outs to the boat for minor problems which were fixed without upsetting our itinerary one jot. Thanks to all at ABC/Redline
