Service was very good and staff very friendly. Layout of the boat not our favourite but otherwise very good all round.

Excellent customer service throughout from the lady at reception and then Dom who helped with delivering a missing toaster mid holiday. Probably the best family holiday we have had and will look to return. Not a cheap getaway but memorable as this Welsh canal (Mon/Brec) is just so pretty. The boat did look a little tired compared to others on the canal so could do with being upgraded but overall a fantastic break.

All staff were very polite and helpful, had a couple of minor issues during the week which were quickly dealt with, boat was fantastic and really nice inside and out

We had the most AMAZING time in and on our Narrow Boat from ABC. From the very beginning the service we received was absolutely phenomenal, from our constant questions about what would be supplied, to the comprehensive (and Covid 19 safe) check-in process, all the way through to our engineer joining us for a short bit of our journey to make sure we had the hang of things (after a slight issue with a bridge as we set off 😂). 10/10 would highly recommend as a trip and as a company.

Great booking system with helpful staff especially as we changed our start location from Whitchurch to Wrenbury to give us more ‘cruising’ time. Martin at the arena was very knowledgeable and a great guy.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Easy to collect the boat on the day and return it. Boat very clean and appliances working perfectly so we had a totally trouble free and relaxing holiday. Will repeat again.

Kind, friendly, knowledgeable staff ensured speedy handover while maintaining Covid-19 guidelines. Lovely boat (as always) provided superb accommodation giving us a grand holiday. Thank you !
