Well equipped boat and great scenery and canal side pubs Only downside is your WiFi on the boat. The problem is every time you want use it you have to re-enter all your details despite registering on first entering the boat. Surely you can sort this. You do not have to do this on your competitor’s canal boats.

This was our first time on a narrow boat. Booking was so easy and helpful. We were informed that our boat was already in the Marina so we could have it earlier. Upon arrival we were greeted by Lynn who made checking in relaxing and quick and we were shown to our boat very quickly for our instructions on the boat by Geoff. A great team who were always there if you needed them, we called once on a minor query. Returning the boat again was easy. Great team, excellent holiday.

Great service from the marina at the base and on callout to technical issue. And the Derwent boats are excellent - shame they are getting rid of this one.

every part of the booking worked! and the payment plan helped enormously. everything I needed to know was shared in advance including the heads up that there is a supermarket on route! we had a wonderful welcome chat and ****** to the lock and directions into the wheel. as always the boat was full of everything we needed in the kitchen and the waterproofs too helped. thankyou to everyone who helped make some great memories

Superb experience from booking right through to the day we handed the boat back. Couldn't fault the staff at the marina who were friendly and knowledgeable. The canal was lovely with beautiful scenery and the boat was very good, well maintained and clean.

Would have given 5 stars except for the internet. Picked boat up on Friday. Sunday lunchtime the access code expired. Was given a new code which worked until early Thursday evening, so was unable to FaceTime my daughter-in-law later on her birthday (she was unavailable earlier) in the day.

The free WiFi is calculated at 335MB per day and is provided at the start of your holiday, it should be sufficient for internet browsing or emailing but may not last long if you are downloading or streaming videos. The boat didn't have as much storage as some others we have been on. The oven was rather temperamental! It didn't keep alight until it had been relit about 5 times.

The team at Worcester were friendly, helpful & professional, answering questions before our holiday and later when we arrived at the boatyard. Our boat, the Aquatic Warbler was spotlessly clean & extremely comfortable with plenty of storage for seven! The extra wide beds were such a treat and we loved the toaster and all the USB charging ports. We are planning to boat again soon and will book a Warbler if one is available.
