Very good service in difficult (COVID) circumstances. We had a couple of problems with the boat - new cooker faulty, water pump failure and a heating system leak. These were promptly rectified as we pottered along, arranging to meet at various bridges with mechanics. Problems probably due to inactivity due to COVID.

Lovely boat in a great area. Staff friendly and helpful. Broken fridge replaced really efficiently (and on a Sunday). Felt safe due to implementing of covid rules.

Very enjoyable holiday on the ‘ Baldrik’ but found it very stressful when the electricity all failed on the boat, we had no ligting or refrigerator which was full of food and it was an extremely hot day. After 4 hours of calling the marina an electrician arrived and replaced the batteries, everything was then working fine but we felt this should have been double checked after the boat had been out of use during the virus lockdown for a long period of time

Could have been 5 but poor conditions due to excessive weed meant that we probably used more fuel than should have been necessary and had to pay an excess.

This boat was absolutely amazing! Loads of room, everything you need and a delight to live on for 11 nights. The boatyard setup was extremely professional and they made sure you were totally ready to set sail with all the information and tuition you needed. Would highly recommend.
