First time narrow boating and ABC were great. Extremely helpful and patient, Mark guided us through the boats facilities and controls. The boat itself was Musician Wren and was very well equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery, bedding, towels etc and was impressively spick and span when we picked it up. We cruised from Springwood Haven to Coventry and back in our weekend trip, no locks as we were new to it all but the boat was easy to handle and we will try locks next time! Recommend the Greyhound pub, great food and lovely views. The dinette bed I found uncomfortable but it will probably be fine for kids or less fussy sleepers than me! The beds in the bedroom were good. All in all an enjoyable trip and O would recommend ABC.

Lovely day out on the canal with full safety instructions. Stopped at Star Inn for superb lunch and back - very quiet in canal only met a few boats.

ABC staff were very friendly at the boatyard and also at the Blackwater marina when we needed a pump out. Boat was excellent, well equipped, comfortable and the wider beds made a big difference. Thd boat sleeps 8 and think this would be a bit of a squeeze but there were 6 of us which was perfect.

Service was first class and safety a priority. The boat was clean and all facilities were as advertised. The left hand hob would not stay alight, so we used the other one. (If you aren’t told about it then you can’t rectify it). My initial reaction was dismay as the interior whilst clean and tidy was very dated and could do with a refurbishment . All in all my family really enjoyed their .’sail’ but perhaps next time would choose a more picturesque route, but a good day out enjoyed by all

My third time with ABC and as usual the service was excellent, upon arrival the staff were very polite and friendly, our boat was ready and the handover from ABC was professional and informative, the boat was clean and tidy and ready to go, we had an excellent week cruising from Alvechurch to Stratford upon Avon and back, we had no problems with the boat and we had an excellent week
