This was not something we we had done before, but had long been on our wishlist. Booking from afar is always a little uncertain, but the boat was exactly as described and in great condition. At the marina they were friendly and helpful both at pick up and drop off. At the time we probably felt like we would have benefited from a little more training, but in the end we probably did know as much as we needed to. The locks are the most potentially daunting part, and a slightly larger working model might have been useful to make us more confident - but in reality they are pretty logical and not as hard as other people made us think! Really, there is nothing about the trip that was disappointing or not what we expected, and so we would happily recommend to other people like us,

Lovely helpful staff lovely boat we went from fulkerk to Edinburgh and stopped at some of the pubs inns that where recommend always helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit of paddingfor your back when sitting on the seat when stirring

It was our first time boating but we received an excellent introduction, the boat was simple to operate and we had a wonderful time. We found it a very relaxing experience and the boat was comfortable.

A very good boat but the waste tank fill indicator in the toilet kept flicking to red (I.e. full) and the WiFi insisted that you had to log in in full every time (first world problem). There was some excess grease in the cabinet containing the stern greaser so the windlasses were greasy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Because from start to finish it was very good we went from Wrenbury the time before and on both occasions the staff were so thorough and helpful they were brilliant. The boat was clean and as we had been before we knew what we had to take.
