The cleanliness of the boat was exceptional and the kitchen very well equipped, as usual. The canal was lovely, one of the quietest we've been on and very picturesque. We would definitely like to holiday on this canal again.

We had a fantastic experience, loved every minute, but we did have a problem with weeds, reeds and trees blocking the way. We even had a smashed window due to trying to avoid a fallen tree but there was a falling tree on the opposite side.

Found the kitchen cabinets sticky to touch and needed to be cleaned, cooker was greasy and again had to clean. Television would not work and when we phoned ABC about this said we were to far away for them to come and fix it, ( we were about 25 miles away by the A4 ) Radio would not tune to any station. Instruction booklet for television was for a different television

Das Boot war in gutem Zustand; weniger gut fanden wir es, dass wir mit leerem Tank liegengeblieben sind und deshalb auch die Heizung nicht mehr funktionierte. Gleichfalls negativ bewerten wir den Umstand, dass wir die Kosten des wegen des hohen Wasserverbrauchs der elektrischen Toiletten benötigten vorzeitigen "pump-out" nicht erstattet bekamen, wie es in den letzten 30 Jahren bei allen anderen Bootsvermietern üblich war.

windows poor fit and catches also poor fit vacuum cleaner was not cleaned out and was not properly put together (we had to do it) microwave took up to much work space would have been better in a high level cupboard cupboard over cooker had a square edge to it just at head height we caught our head on it a number of times DANGEROUS apart from that fine

Lovely boat narrowboat, very clean. One of our toilets had not been empty properly, the smell was horrible, we had to get the toilet emptied ourselves. The boat yard did refund our money for getting the toilet pumped.

Boat was very clean and everything worked well. The bed was not as advertised it had an extender piece on the bed board but not extender mattress for it. We asked and were told that was the managers policy. It is advertised as a large bed so that needs changing one way or another.

The boat was ready on time - folks were friendly and informative to get us started - places we visited on the trip were friendly. The boat worked great. This is our second trip with ABC tours. We toured from Wrenbury to Elliesmere which is a beautiful area.

Excellent service and instruction, lovely narrowboat The only down side was how early we had to return the boat on a 3 night trip

Thank you for your feedback, we're pleased you had such a good time! The return time of 9am allows our Marina staff to prepare the boat ready for the next crew who will be arriving later that day. We do find that most of our customers who have hired a boat for the weekend prefer to come back to the Marina on Sunday evening, ready to depart the next morning. We hope to see you again soon.
