Lovely helpful staff lovely boat we went from fulkerk to Edinburgh and stopped at some of the pubs inns that where recommend always helpful. The only thing I would suggest is a bit of paddingfor your back when sitting on the seat when stirring

It was our first time boating but we received an excellent introduction, the boat was simple to operate and we had a wonderful time. We found it a very relaxing experience and the boat was comfortable.

A very good boat but the waste tank fill indicator in the toilet kept flicking to red (I.e. full) and the WiFi insisted that you had to log in in full every time (first world problem). There was some excess grease in the cabinet containing the stern greaser so the windlasses were greasy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Because from start to finish it was very good we went from Wrenbury the time before and on both occasions the staff were so thorough and helpful they were brilliant. The boat was clean and as we had been before we knew what we had to take.

Even when booking, advice was excellent and readily offered. Once we arrived, the lady in the office was really helpful and informative about routes and what was to think about as complete novices. We were very early because we arrived by train and she kindly pointed us towards a nice shady spot to enjoy our lunch, the toilets, and the shop across the lock to look at route guides we had chatted to her about. The instruction we received, both about practicalities of maintenance and actually driving the boat were great; calm, informative, practical, and confidence-building. Lots of really good tips too. We went to just past Norbury Jct before turning around. Saw lots of Herons (and ducks and moorhen chicks)), six kingfishers along the way (haven't seen since I was teenager on Dartmoor), fish fishing, metal fishing, several buzzards, a couple of kestrals. Lucky enough to have fabulous weather. Really enjoyable. Thanks.

Great holiday. ABC staff really friendly and helpful, very impressed. Boat was really well specced and it was obvious the ABC team cared as boat was very clean and we had everyhring we needed for our first boat holiday.

Everything worked really smoothly - from getting briefed and boarded through to the efficient handover at the end of the trip. Very friendly staff - which is why we keep coming back to ABC. This was not our first time with ABC, and it won't be our last!
