It was generally very good. There were some small issues with the boat (1) there was often a toilet smell - I think the water level in the toilet was too low (2) there was often water on the bathroom floor at the low point - I think there must be a leak somewhere out of sight (3) the skylight in the kitchen leaks in times of rain (4) it is difficult to judge if you have charged the batteries up enough - the meters are not user-friendly. You don't want to run the engine when stationary unless you have to. One morning we had to link the two battery sets together (as instructed) but don't know why - other mornings OK.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. The water level in the toilet is controllable but purposely kept low to ensure the tank doesn't fill too quickly. The toilet and skylight have also been checked and no leak has been found. The battery meters have red, yellow and green sections to indicate battery levels, this information can be found in the on board manual. We advise customers to run the engine for 5 hours daily to recharge the batteries regardless of whether they actually move the boat. We are pleased that you enjoyed you holiday and we hope to see you again soon.

Nice boat but didn't sleep as well as usual because of very hard bed. Otherwise all v. good. Concerned to find that one of your staff still advises to reverse up to a person in the water in contravention of your written advice. A dangerous practice which I pointed out to him.

Fantastic barge holiday. Great service and comms to make sure the boat was set up how we wanted. When we arrived we had a decent walkthrough and training on how to do everything. They couldn't have been more helpful. I was expecting a load of warnings of Don't do this Don't do that, but they have experienced and friendly staff that treat everyone as adults and reassured us that they were there to contact if anything went wrong. Very good all round. Will use again

The handover process was very efficient. We rang the company for advice mid way through the holiday and received the help/ information required easily. On returning the boat it was just as efficient and fast. The booking process was very easy and Linda was very helpful and had all the information we needed.
