A really great experience. Nice staff, well equipped boat. Even though 24 h support is said to be provided, we were lucky enough not needing to ask for it.

The marina were very good. We had a problem with the boats engine on the cruise. They came out straight away and repaired it so we were able to continue with our holiday.

The boat was immaculate when handed over and all the equipment was top shelf (Notable exception being a non-functioning vacuum cleaner). The staff were clear and direct in terms of outlining our responsibilities in order to stay safe and provided a very good tutorial whist driving the boat before we set off. The lock demonstration was similarly clear so when we actually left we felt well prepared. This is a good company which cares about its customers and we really felt as though we were in good hands. They are also ethical as they called us back to the office for a fuel refund (I completely forgot!). If you want a canal holiday - use these guys!

Gailey Wharf is positioned next to Gailey top lock which makes it a perfect start location for first time boaters as a member of the team can take the crew through during their handover. The boat was presented clean & tidy. The staff that we met, were a good mix of friendliness and professionalism.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time again with abc we found the staff all pleasant and helpful getting us away quickly on Friday and giving info for our holiday of where to get to for our first night stop even if we did miss the turn onto the Shropshire canal. Our fault not theirs but even that didn’t spoil our weekend
