Poor service at boat yard, boat old and tired, one 3 pin plug on boat for 6 persons

Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to the Marina Manager at Blackwater and he is disappointed to hear your comments regarding the customer service you received from his team. Your party arrived before the usual arrival time and the team worked quickly to replace a toilet that had been broken on the previous hire so that you could still be the first to leave the Marina. Tyr has a small invertor and therefore it is only possible for it to have one 3 pin plug socket. We are always happy to discuss the boat layout and amenities on board prior to booking if customers contact us in the Booking Office. We hope you will be back for another holiday with ABC in the future.

Excellent boat and equally fantastic staff from our initial arrival at the marina to the guys who prepare the boats and walk you through the boats features.

Even though this trip was at the end of a very busy season, the boat was prepared for our trip on time. We did have two minor problems with the boat but the mechanics were able to get us running again with very little down time. We have used ABC for several other holidays and all have been great.

The boat was a good clean condition and in very good working order. Kate was helpful at pick up and provided all the info needed even though the river conditions were closed and the canal routes were temperamental at the time due to rainfall. Stuart also provided a beneficial handover and covered everything we needed at our level of experience.

Thank you for the lovely feedback about our team at Worcester. As the marina is located so near to the River Severn marina staff will advise guests on whether it can be navigated during their holiday and offer other routes options if it is closed. Everything from start to finish was great. Excellent tuition from Karl and the boat was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We will definately be back next year

We loved our week on Elner but we felt the she is tired and old compared to Snow Bunting we hired last year. She lacked basic equipment. Ie decent size pans, non stick frying pan, decent can opener We felt the amount of internet allowance, included in the hire price, is inadequate seeing the barge is for up to six adults on the boat.

The over all experience was good, the boat had few issues there were a couple of lights not working, we had a coolant leak and noisy drive, it did not affect our holiday untowardly. but that's why the 3 stars
