Boat was clean and all equipment of good quality. Beds were not particularly comfortable and heating not very efficient so was quite cold overnight.

Second time we have used ABC and just as good as the first time. Efficient admin, boat in good order, decent price with returner loyalty discount. Three minor points only - wifi ran out very quickly despite us not doing downloads/streaming so measurement of use may be faulty, fridge door inside bracket broken and it took 20 mins to fill water tank on day 3 morning so doubt it was full to start with.

We do clean and get the boats ready for the next guests when the previous ones have returned. Very well fitted out boat, everything worked apart from front bathroom shower. Lots of equipment especially in galley. Odd niggles reported to the marina (Blackwater)

Excellent communications bfore and during our trip. Helpful staff who were eager to make sure we enjoyed our trip. Comfortable and well equipped boat. One of our children fell in the canal and a replacement life jacket was brought to us within a couple of hours. Will definitely be booking again.

More shelving would be beneficial, above beds and inside wardrobes. Rear shower was difficult to get warm.

This is our third year, twice at Aldermaston. The boats were very clean and well equipped. The staff on the end of the phone at the booking office to the team checking you in at the boat yard can not do enough. We look forward to next year in March

easy, good value, clean, people at ABC boat hire marina we went to were really friendly. Boat was a bit late to get ready but then we were a bit late getting back too - everyone very relaxed so all fine.

The pleasantness and helpfulness of all the staff at Gailey could not be faulted. They came out to the boat twice when we had a blocked toilet cheerfully and willingly. We had minor issues with the boat, a plug that didn't work and a quite frightening loud booming noise from the water tank as it adjusted to more or less water. We felt better once the engineer told us what it was, but it was still a loud unpleasant and regular noise. Otherwise, the boat was warm and comfortable and we had a lovely week.
