Whilst we liked our boat for this years canal holiday, we felt that the double beds would benefit for a better way to hold the two single mattresses together, as they had a tendency to drift apart during the night! Also more sockets to charge phones would have been great, there were only two. We suffered a minor break down on the first afternoon ( broken fan belt), but this was sorted out extremely quickly, really good back up service from the engineer. We hope to come back next year and try a different boat.

Thank you for your feedback. As pubs can close or change hands on a regular basis we avoid advertising them on our website but we do offer route descriptions and route blogs instead. Customers can also purchase maps/guides in our marina shops. Alternatively, during your boat handover our marina staff are happy to discuss the pub stops on any chosen route as they are local to the area. We cannot guarantee seeing a celebrity but it has been known! We hope you will be back for another holiday with us again soon.

Very well equiped and maintained. Some people complained of beds being hard on their backs but what do you expect on a narrow boat. One minor niggle was that although the boat had to be back at the marina for 9:00am Saturday the Cafe didn't open until late morning. It would have been nice to have a cup of tea whilst waiting to be picked up. Overall though a very enjoyable holiday

Excellent service, clean, tidy boat, instructions given. Everyone, from nine months of age to sixty, had a fabulous day. We took a picnic lunch and bought beer at a canalside pub. An excellent family day out.

sehr gute technische Ausstattung des Bootes. Nur die Heizung ist mit der Starterbatterie verbunden, so dass es vorkommt, dass nach abendlichem Betrieb der Ölheizung morgens der Motor nicht mehr anspringt und die Notbatterie aktiviert werden muss.
