Excellent holiday, boat was great as were the team at ABC. The only thing we would change is the route taken. Yes, you can do the Four Counties Ring in a week but believe me it's hard work and would be better done in 2 weeks

Thank you for the feedback. We are careful to include cruising hours for each suggested route in our brochure and on our website so that customers can make an informed choice about the length of the holiday that they chose to book. A large crew may relish a route with plenty of locks and cruising hours, where as a crew of two may prefer to take everything a little slower and not cover such a distance. Over all very good but there were a few issues One of the mattress was completely worn out and should not of been on the boat

We had a wonderful week on the Monmouth & Brecon Canal. The boat was comfortable On the downside the hot water soon ran cold when the engine was off, so too the batteries. Tv reception was poor, but we did expect that. We were told that the canal was shallow and it was. The 3 miles into Pontypool was very slow with a lot of weed in the hatch, We think you should put pressure on c&rt to improve this. P.s We have put good for question 4 but cant see the question as the blue sign saying attach a photo is covering it.

Nice boat and friendly staff, beds uncomfortable due to poor mattress 240vac supply only available for max 5 hours, old batteries?

Thank you for your feedback, which we have sent to the marina so that they can check the mattresses on board the boat. We advise customers to cruise for a minimum of 5 hours daily to ensure the the batteries are fully charged, otherwise they will need to run the engine whilst moored. Early collection of boat with all the usual check-in arrangements covered. Great wharf staff. Easy boat with minor reservations, I know this boat actually belongs to the Gailey yard and is not your usual layout. (This was the forth time I have travelled from Gailey Wharf)

Can’t fault. Lord every minute. Lovely boat with everything we needed. Great service. A couple of the crew were unsure beforehand but also loved it. Would definitely recommend yourselves. Will book again in the future but probably go to another part of the country just to experience something else

The staff at Whitchurch Marina where so helpful explained everything as this was our first canal boat holiday. We really enjoyed the slow and relaxing pace and enjoyed all the pubs along the way.

Helpful reception staff,engineer fixed the fridge shelf immediately, person who showed us round the boat was delightful, boat clean. What more could you ask for, apart from hand soap in the bathrooms please

Almost everything was wonderful about the boat! Clean, well-stocked and ready to go. The wi-fi was not good, as we had to call several times for a new code, which never seemed to last more than a couple of days.

A very pleasurable experience; the staff were very helpful and efficient and the boat clean and tidy. The only negative was the unserviceable DVD on the TV. One member of staff looked at it and removed a DVD which was jammed in the TV (it was the company introductory video); however, even after its removal the DVD did not work. On the route we took, the TV coverage was poor and having young children the lack of a DVD drive was very annoying.
